Lucie Kim's and Felix von der Weppen’s project, Kontinuum is a cycle in three parts: Anticipation, manifestation, and reflection. The film is a compilation of images culled from a dancer’s sweeping actions, and recordings of her marks which she repeatedly makes and erases. As soon as she arrives at a mark, it turns into history, and we are left with an awareness of our impermanence. Pitirm Sorokin's Cyclical Theory comes to mind as does Heidegger's Eternal Return.
