Patrick Parrish Gallery presents a series of new ceramic sculptures by Cassie Griffin. The Brooklyn-based ceramicist uses the process of throwing to develop ever-changing objects, pushing clay to its physical limit and often embracing the moment at which the material collapses. Our exhibition will showcase Griffin's simple raw-porcelain vases alongside her most recent work, which is informed by her experiments at the Thun Ceramic Residency in Bolzano, Italy.
