From his 2022 solo exhibition, Purpose, Chris Beeston's “With the Beatles (1963)” clipboard stereo is made out of graphite on paper, clipboard, copper wire, neodymium magnet, MP3 player, audio amplifier, LEDs, aluminum reflector, power supply, and steel hardware.

In his series of clipboard works, Beeston attaches his fan-art style graphite drawings to clipboards and alchemizes them into transfixing stereos that can play entire albums out of homemade speaker coils.
