FOG Design + Art 2018

Patrick Parrish Gallery is pleased to announce its attendance at FOG Design + Art 2018—the premier West Coast art and design fair—at the Fort Mason Center in San Francisco. Set against an all-black booth, Patrick Parrish presents an exhibition inspired by the night and everything it conjures up—historic full-color rooms now available to us only as black-and-white images; San Francisco’s identity as a point on the “Black Magic Triangle” (with Turin and London being the other points); and the rich clay, bronze, and darkened woods of the works on display. The show will include new hand-carved sculptures and wooden paintings by Julian Watts, furniture and suspended sculptures by Christopher Kurtz, exciting new ceramics by Cody Hoyt, impeccably chic floor lamps by Bec Brittain, and a black “Foursquare Staircase” by Norwegian artist and architect Tron Meyer.

Located in the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion, FOG Design+Art runs from January 11–14, 2018, with a preview gala honoring the SFMoMA on Wednesday, January 10. Find us in booth 307.
