HANS CORAY (1906-1991) was a Swiss artist, linguist, and furniture designer, known for the functionality and simplicity of his products. In 1939, Coray’s aluminum Landi chair was the winning entry for the Swiss National Exhibition, and became his most remembered work, even being featured on a series of Swiss postage stamps in 2004.
